FAQs

Q: Which excavator models can use YN22V0001F8 main relief valve?

A: For Kobelco: SK200-6, SK200-6E, SK200-8, SK210-8, SK230-6, SK235SR, SK250-6E, SK200SR. For New Holland / Case: E215B, E215C, E215LC, E235BSR.

Q: What symptoms indicate a failed main relief valve?

A: Common signs include weak digging force, slow boom or arm movement, abnormal hydraulic noise, excessive heat generation in hydraulic oil, or unstable system pressure during operation.

Q: What role does the main relief valve play in the hydraulic system?

A: It acts as the safety threshold of the hydraulic circuit. Once pressure exceeds the preset value, the valve opens to release excess pressure and stop overload damage to pumps, cylinders and hydraulic lines.

Q: What should I check before ordering this relief valve?

A: Confirm your machine brand and model, and verify the original part number. Check whether the hydraulic pressure rating matches your excavator’s system requirement.
